Our Commitment
The Ryan A. Cherry Foundation is dedicated to providing financial support to college students pursuing earth sciences. Our aim is to empower the next generation of scientists by offering scholarships, raising awareness about earth sciences, and creating opportunities for students to excel in their academic pursuits.​
The Foundation’s purpose and goals are outlined in the following mission statement:
"We provide scholarship funds for students who demonstrate passion and acumen for areas within Earth & Mineral Sciences field and are prospectively or actively pursuing a degree in Meteorology, Geography, Geology, Climatology, Oceanography, Environmental Science or related major"
